What do you think?

So Starbucks has announced that they are updating their logo........



Now I have 2 questions for you......

#1: What do you think?

#2: Why do you think they are updating...for a new look or to avoid things like this happening to their logo? (see pics below)

    I liked it better when it said 'Starbucks Coffee.' Why? I dunno, probably because like Lissy said 'snore.' Boooooring!

    It just seems weird for it NOT to say Starbucks Coffee on the cup, like wrong weird...I don't like it.

    I realized after seeing any form of this logo I so easily am turn into a marketing fueled automaton...and I get the joneses real bad for a $9 chai tea..

    I actually see it as being kind of cocky. As in 'we are so widely recognized now, we don't even need to print the name anymore'! :)
