What's for Dinner?

We had African Peanut Soup.

Seriously?! Yum! Following that blog now and will be trying out that soup sooner than later! :)

Oh yeah.
Super good.
Course it needs some personal adaptions.
For instance:
I added a hell of a lot more salt
skipped the peanuts, because I didn't have any, and added a bit more peanut butter
I didn't have a cinnamon stick so I used powdered
I also added fresh parsley, cooked brown rice and increased the garlic.
Oh, and I added the chickpeas to the last blender round and gave them a few pulses to chop them a bit. My kids(& hubby) couldn't love discovering whole chickpeas in their soup.

I'd recommend serving them with popadums.
